Body-centered therapy for deeper connection & healing.

Virtual Therapeutic Services Across California

Our bodies are always evolving through illness, pain, aging, pregnancy, and more. These changes can stir up a complex range of emotions such as grief, frustration, fear, shame, or a deep sense of disconnection. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, living with chronic pain, adjusting to pregnancy, or coming to terms with the realities of aging, therapy can be a place to make sense of it all—emotionally, physically, and relationally.

In our work together, we will use a somatic approach that involves paying attention not just to your thoughts, but also to the signals and sensations of your body. You may be used to pushing through discomfort or disconnecting from your physical experience entirely. Therapy can help you begin to gently notice and respond to what your body is telling you. Together, we will explore how to cultivate safety and compassion within your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a more trusting relationship with yourself over time.

You do not have to go through this alone. Your body may be changing, but your capacity for healing, connection, and wholeness remains fully alive.

Therapy for Life in a Changing Body

Sex-Focused Couples Therapy

Are you and your partner feeling disconnected when it comes to sex and intimacy? Whether past sexual trauma, chronic pain, sensory sensitivities, or struggles with body image are getting in the way of a fulfilling sexual relationship, you are not alone, and you do not have to navigate it alone.

Sex-focused couples therapy offers a supportive space to explore the emotional, physical, and relational dynamics of intimacy. I understand how vulnerable these conversations can be, and I will always move at a pace that feels safe and respectful for both of you. Our work may include sensate-focused practices and somatic approaches that help you reconnect with your body, increase physical awareness, and cultivate safety and pleasure in your intimate connection.

Together, we will work to create a deeper sense of trust in your relationship, develop tools for open and compassionate communication, and support healing so you can reconnect emotionally and physically in a way that feels authentic and nourishing.

Therapy for Body Image & Relationship with Food

Is the pressure to achieve the “thin ideal” taking over your thoughts and interfering with your life? In a world that constantly bombards us with celebrity transformations, anti-aging products, weight loss fads, and diet culture disguised as wellness, it’s easy to lose sight of the truth: your body is the least interesting and least important thing about you.

The pursuit of a certain body size can leave you feeling anxious around food, disconnected from yourself, and stuck in a cycle of self-criticism. But what if you could step out of that cycle? Peace with your body is possible. You can move toward less shame, fewer obsessive thoughts, and more freedom, calm, and even joy.

If you’re curious about what life could look like when you're no longer preoccupied with food or your body, and you’re ready to explore what has been waiting beneath the surface, I would be honored to support you in this work.

About me!

I earned my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my B.A. in Dance. I have a long history of training as an athlete and an artist. In combining these trainings, my focus is helping you heal from the inside out through mind, body, and spirit.

Our work together will include somatic-focused techniques that help you reconnect with your body and listen to the stories it has to tell. Through a somatic lens, we can dig deeper into your mental well-being and explore what may be below the surface. I specialize in all things body related such as disordered eating, body image struggles, sexual trauma, sexual dysfunction, aging, chronic illness, pregnancy, and athletics. I work with individuals and couples, and practice queer-affirming and gender-affirming care with my LGBTQ+ clients.
